摘要、提要註:
Sebastian Gorg introduces social workflows as a new application domain for Process-Aware Information Systems and draws the design of a social workflow platform that enables private individuals to make use of workflow technology in their everyday lives. Whenever a group of persons works together on a challenging or multifaceted task, a social workflow begins. In textual form, such social workflows are already described and shared in various Internet communities which provide experiential knowledge for achieving different goals, in areas like home repair, vacation trips and computer troubleshooting. The envisioned platform enables its users to construct social workflows according to their specific needs, to share them with a community and to keep track of the execution. Contents Workflow Technology, Process-Oriented Case-Based Reasoning, Motivational Factors in Online Communities Social Workflows: Examples, Potential Analysis, Classification in Research, Requirements Concepts and Architecture for a Social Workflow Platform Target Groups Scientists and students in the field of Computer Science and Information Systems Practitioners in the field of IT in Business, Knowledge and Experience Management About the Author Sebastian Gorg worked at the chair of Business Information Systems II at Trier University. His research focused on case-based reasoning and agile workflow technology and its applicability for private individuals.
