Ewa Karwowski is an Economics PhD Student at the School of Oriental and African Studies, London, UK. She completed her Masters in Development Economics at the School of Oriental and African Studies in 2008. Riccardo Bellofiore is Professor of Political Economy at the University of Bergamo, Italy. He teaches Monetary Economics, Advanced Macroeconomics, International Monetary Economics and History of Economic Thought. Jan Toporowski studied Economics at Birkbeck College, University of London, and at the University of Birmingham, UK. He worked in fund management and international banking and as a Visiting Research Fellow at the Bank of Finland. His most recent book is Michal Kalecki An Intellectual Biography: Volume I Rendezvous in Cambridge 1899-1939 (2013).
