摘要、提要註:
"This is about the targeted destruction of Women. It is an argument for establishing Gender as a protected class under the Genocide Convention. Cases are explored, historically, anthropologically, psychologically and sociologically. Some case histories of individual women are told in their own voices, Others are recounted from the author's extensive field research and sill other chapter are focused on morbidity, mortality and demographic documentation data. Several chapters deal with international human rights law discussions among lawyers, prominent human rights advocates. Photos Taken mostly by the author are included. The audience anticipated are academicians in the social sciences and law, human rights advocates and activists, men and women concerned with preventing atrocities and with administering justice domestically and internationally. At this time, the YWCA nationally has, as is social justice agenda, Violence Against Women and has been sponsoring this and other programs on the issue. President Obama signed, in December, 2010, legislation on Violence Against Women and many European and Latin American countries are already signatory to the Unite Nations Convention on Violence Against Women.
