This research study was designed to explore the effectiveness of the Air Force Training Course based on the reactions of aircraft maintenance trainers and its impact on trainee development, according to Air Force leadership and force development's basic principles and beliefs. Two data collection tools were utilized in this study: a student questionnaire and interview questions. This research study utilized the purposeful sampling technique, because the participants were likely to be information rich regarding the purpose of the study. The coding strategy was the primary method of data evaluation. The results of the study disclosed information that can be utilized to make recommendations for curriculum improvement, development of future training programs, enhance learning environments, promote effective teaching skills among military trainers, and create effective employee development programs.
