This study explores the processes of political transformations in democracies as a result from the actions of Political Entrepreneurs who operate within structural and cultural variables. This study emphasize two main variables that explain the design and stability of political transformations: First, the level of economic and political stability, and second, the nature of the political culture as demonstrated by society's attitudes toward democratic norms. The theoretical framework is being examined in the empirical context of the Israeli political system incomparative aspects of institutional changes in Argentina, Italy and New Zealand.
