摘要、提要註:
A successful family business can continue to grow and achieve for generations, but the natureof the family enterprise can often make managing the business and being part of the family at the same time very complicated. This increasing complexity has to be properly managed, and inthis practical new book, the authors explain how to do this. Based on analysis of more than 3000 companies, theypropose six family business models and show how to evolve from the basic models to those suitable formore complex families and business. This approach provides a good understanding of how to determinebetween successful family business evolutions and the 'dead-end' directions that have to be avoided.
