摘要、提要註:	By arguing and detailing the elements of a soft and hard infrastructure approach to the process of global stakeholder relationships governance, this book integrates advanced, flexible and most importantly feasible tools to develop an organization's listening culture; integrated reporting as an ongoing process of continued, multichannel, multi stakeholder reporting; to align internal and external relationships; to enhance stakeholder involvement and engagement and to perform effective stakeholder network analysis. At its essence, it deals with the improvement of the organization's decision making process and the acceleration of the time of implementation of those decisions. The author and the three highly reputed contributors cumulate some 150 years of professional practice, master level education and scholarly research: all this at an international level, with international organizations and international students and scholars. They have come to the conclusion that stakeholder relationships today are effective only if approached from a global governance perspective, even when focused on local issues.
